..or lack thereof. There seem to be no options, so that there are no waypoints on the map, and anything over 50% throttle overheats the engine as your squadron mates disappear in the distance.
Is there anyway to adjust it for tyros such as myself? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

Select your difficulty level before you start the campaign; than it is available, after you started it you can not change it afterwards.

Seems to me that you fly on rather difficult settings.
Well for one thing open radiator and left it that way all the time. It helps.

Do not go in climb with full throttle for a long time. That also helps. For cruising there is no way that your machine will overheat on 70% power.

About waypoints, there are none, and in the beggining of the career you do not have radio. You must rely on terrain recognition a lot. It is not that hard if you fly over land, but if you fly over water (IJN units, mostly) you can forget about anything else but two options:
1.you will follow your group and not separate from it, not even in combat
2.you will memorize waypoints and calculate speed and heading into it.

Obviously if you don't want much troubles you will fowwlo your leader.

There is one more option, and that is if you are leader, you must memorize terrain, waypoints and heading (and taking care of speed).

Of course there is always an 'autopilot' option.

Geez what did you think, that being ace is easy? That they only 'collect' finest woman and drink, and now and then shot down some stupid enemy pilot in sportsman manner.. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/34.gif

No wonder I couldn't raise ground control to ask for directions! Guess I'll have to rise to the challenge and keep a kneeboard handy. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Okay, got 'er now- I forgot about using the cowl flaps- http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif
I found the difficulty button, too so I can switch off the overheat, but I still have to go full throttle to keep up. I exhausted all my ammo on a Blenheim at point blank range with the two 7.7 MM pop guns, and all I got was a debris trail! Great fun! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
