IF any PBY is done, it should be amphibious. That way we can fly it out of airbases.

Milo. Thats the 3 view I used. I got a HUGE version of it that worked great. I posted the parasite pics a long time ago when I was still workin on it. It was able to hold TWO of those aircraft. I-15's I think? 1 over each engine.

As for the anphibious Cat, the Soviets recieved 129 PBN-1 Nomads without landing gear, made hundreds, possibly thousands of PBY-4's and 5's under license, but only had about 10-20 PBY 5A's and 6A's. Most were 6A and deliverd to late to be any help in the war. The VVS had a lot of marine bases to launch these boats from and used them quite a bit during the war.

I may be doing a PBY 5A one day, but I need to talk with oleg after my projects are done.

any plans for a flyable catalina? I saw gunner position views on your website, gibbage, but no cockpit!

Please, I want a fully flyable seaplane!

And look at it, cats are damn sexay!

Yes. Plans are for a fully flyable Cat, but they get pushed back more and more. One good thing is, once I get ready for it I will have plenty of experance! I would have already modeled two cockpits (Gotha and P-80) and should be able to do a good job on the Cat.
