Does anyone else think this story sounds far fetched? Try to visualize Greek engineers trying to strap an Ohka to the bottom of a Beaufighter.

Can anyone out there shed more light on this... interesting story if it's true.

I have read that Ki43 Hayabusas were actually used by the French in Indochina in the '50s

After the war, a few Hayabusas left in the East Indies by the withdrawing Japanese forces were salvaged by the Indonesian People's Security Force and used in 1946 in fighting against the Dutch. A few Hayabusas were confiscated by the French upon their return to Indo-China and were flown by pilots of the French Groupes de Chasse I/7 and II/7 against insurgents. These were replaced by Spitfire IXs shipped from France.

Here is the list of all airplanes that served with Greek Airforce since 1912.
List (http://koti.welho.com/msolanak/allaerosk.htm)
I don't see a Ki-44 in it.

The story is obviously fake.
If you were Greek you could easily recognise the "pilot's" name is a joke(Paparthela means bull**** or nonsence in Greek),also his rank is a Navy rank.Royal Hellenic Air Force flew only ground attack missions during the civil War.
