Does anyone have a photo of the u.s camo uniforms worn in Normandy ?

Were they identical to the ones issued to the marines in the pacific ?

I didn't even know US troops wore camo in Europe.

Some pics here: http://www.atthefront.com/us_uni_camo.htm

I have to agree that those could be easily mistaken for German soldiers.

Yes there are some similarities. At great distance it was surely hard to differ what's what.

Realising this is going OT further, but I have to say the general design and pattern of the German dpm uniforms has not changed much at all since it's inception all those years ago.

Adding aerosols to the upper atmosphere could modify the chemistry of the upper atmosphere, affecting ozone and thereby having possible unintended impacts on the lower atmosphere.

I think there should be a cyber police squad dedicated to hunting down spammers, who then take such offenders and use a hammer to break their fingers.

Also, is anyone going to be stupid enough to click on a link in a spamming post?
