I'm glad to hear that all of the weapons from the original GR will be in GR3. I will be really glad if I actually "hear" those weapons. That was one of the great things about GR1: if someone fired an M98 sniper rifle you instantly KNEW what gun that sound was associated with. Other weapons also had unique sounds.

Likewise, I hope the effects of those weapons will be carried over. The M98 had vastly more stopping power than some of the standard sniper rifles. Same with the 7.62 carbine.

It's annoying to just have some skin of your favorite weapon superimposed on your screen and the sounds and effects remain the same from one weapon to the next.
