How many people fly them online and what do you use for your convergence, do you trim the plane at all or trim slightly tail heavy to keep planes turns more even. I know my freind DEY_Grumpy_ likes them and is good with them but curious as to what your settings are and how you like to fly with them on.

Hi,

I use them but I don't trim for turning http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

With my setup (MSFFB2), I have to trim nose heavy with 9 keytaps so there is little or no stick pressure required in a high speed bnz.

I only trim a little back again if I get bounced when extending.

2x30mm is good enough even for delta wood.

Cheers,
Norris

Whenever I expect that commie HayateAce to show up, I take my trusty Fw 190A-9 with MK 108s http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

It won the war, afterall !

I use 300 convergence and always take the 108s.

108's are for sissies that can't kill with the MG151/20 http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif.....running for cover...

I use 500m convergence, you only need one MK-108 to hit and 500m gives you a bigger "hit box" or more spread.

As for trimming, I ususally trim a little more nose heavy than default as I fly at high speed and I don't need the nose pulling up on me. As a good starting point I try to trim for level flight at about 500km/h, but adjust to whatever feels comfortable. But adjusting trim will effect accuracy if done properly, especially at high speeds.
