Have you tried the links and directions HardBall himself provided here not long ago?
http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/26310365/m...6714/r/1911066714/p1 (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/26310365/m/1911066714/r/1911066714/p1)

He links to his release (update, rahter) post on SimHQ
http://www.simhq.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=144&t=003675

And on this post, the download link he's giving is
http://www.filefactory.com/get/f.php?f=27001e9c7dfd6bbf525d3a19

This filefactory link takes you through a couple of advertising pages, but it works, I just checked.

Cheers,
S.

Um when I try to install it says something about some files on my computer being out of date and to click ok to install , has anyone else had to do this? Ok here is exacly what it says:

Setup cannot continue becausae some system files are out of date on your system.Click OK if you would like setup to update these files for you now. You will need to restart Windows before you can run setup again.Click cancel to exit setup without updating system files.

What do I pick?

Are you trying to install it into the FB/PF folder? I think it should be installed anywhere else but there.

This is probably related to some system dll files that the Aircraft Viewer uses (I'm guessing they are needed for the database/image display parts of it). It's all well explained in the Readme file ("Readme for HardBall 4_04.rtf" within the .zip file you downloaded, but anyway I would suggest trying to perform a 'manual' install instead of using the 'Setup' way, as explained in the Readme; and contacting HardBall himself for the best explanation, to be on the safe side. His e-mail address is in the Readme, right at the beginning, and I believe he's more active on SimHQ forums too.

Cheers,
S.

P.S.: Additionally, check this post (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/63110913/m/6411066714/r/3541007714#3541007714) on ORR where I went into some details about the 'Manual' installation of Aircraft Viewer, HardBall actually took it into consideration. A related post and additional answers by HardBall here (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/26310365/m/1911066714/r/8611057714#8611057714) in PF forum.

I had a Chemistry prof in college that had a saying that I have found very useful througout my life, it is as follows, and you may want to take its advice...

"when all else fails, read and follow the directions."

Trust me, it actually works.
