This is something you should post in the WOP forums, not here. Did you get the "enemy aircraft destroyed" message??

I never look at stat pages, but I can see the attraction for those that do.

But I have to wonder...

How bad is your ratio that one kill matters so much?

It happens often salthill. Sometimes in your favor sometimes against. Ignore it.

If you recieved an "Enemy Aircraft destroyed" message it should be awarded to you from what I was told by one of the admins.

Question is, where are you looking for the kill? If you are looking at the sorties, there are a few problems. One of the most noticable is taht the last sortie you fly before disconnecting will usually not show up on the sorties list. However, as long as you got the Enemy aircraft kill message, the kill HAS been recorded into your record.

The system is not perfect, but it does a darn good job and from my experience will log 99% of the kills that I get a comfirmed (the EAD) for.

Note: one other thing, while the kills are almost instantaniously awarded and recorded in your total stats, the individual sorties can sometimes take a while to load, sometimes even a day. Hoewver, as mentioned, the kills/deaths/etc are tallied to your TOTAL almost immidiatly.

Visit the Warbirds of Prey forums as other have mentioned as you will get a better explanation of how the system works there from one of the admins.

See you in the sky!

Perhaps the Server Manager program had crashed - I think this can happen and the server itself keeps going. Then you lose all the automatic stuff - the commands like <gunstat and <targets, the logging of kills, death-kicking etc.

Assume the stats system on any server to be imprecise at best.

happens a fair bit I think...

I notice that stats don't record if you do not land before the mission switches over - regardless of "enemy ship destroyed", etc. Even if you make the 'winning' bomb run,

points will show on screen (when you look who's online) - but not on WoP stat page.

Odd - but a minor, minor, minor (did I say that enough) thing with such a great server.
