In the list below video, there is a number sequence at 6:27. Any idea if this means anything?

It's a hex code that says:

Three lives toiled. Three lives lost. Three messages delivered: the greeting, the warning, the revelation.

It's not done perfectly (some of the words are off) but you can get the gist of what it's saying (the lines above are the interpretation basically.)

Probably referring to Altair, Ezio, and Desmond.

Or Minerva, Juno, and maybe the next god of AC:R (Jupiter perhaps as i have been hearing?)

So this means we will see Jupiter! Minerva is the greeting, Juno is the warning, and Jupiter is the revelation. They all had a hard task(toiled), they all died, and now they're delivering the message

I hope this doesn't give away as much as it implies.

The greeting was to Ezio, the warning was to Desmond, I expect that the Revelation goes to Altair.

However, it also says three lives lost. The revelation could go to the Assassin in AC3, however I doubt that so I think Desmond does end up dying at some point in Revelations, or something of the sort.

edit: nvm

Alexandre Amancio stated in an interview that Desmond has to navigate his way through the black room, in order to find his way out of the coma. Desmond will most likely be in a coma throughout Revelations, and wake up near or at the end.

I am not sure why, but this is one of my favorite threads, this all makes so much sense

I'm leaning towards it meaning TWCB, Minerva greets Desmond(first words she says are "greetings prophet", Juno warns Desmond(the cross darkens the horizon e.g) and I don't think it's a coincidence the next game is called Revelations

I wouldn't focus too much on the end clause about the warnings. The first two sentences are much more perplexing. 'Three lives toiled. Three lives lost".

Then the messages.

To be honest, saying 'Three lives lost' doesn't sound the same as saying that three people died through natural causes. It sounds more like three people were killed. Three lives toiled again sounds almost like three lives wasted.

edit: Thanks to this thread I went ahead and found more code in the E3 trailer. I made a post about it, which all of you would probably like.

I would be very upset if Desmond died. He has so much of a story left to be told. His journey can't end yet! I like what Pat0307 said about Minerva being the greeting, Juno the warning, and Jupiter the revelation. I think that these were all messages to Desmond. The only right thing to do from here would be for people to fully control Desmond as one!

Alex Amancio has said Desmond's story will continue after revelations after Altair's and Ezio's stories end. They will also be introducing a new character/ancestor.

Let me think...The Warning was in AC2 from Minerva, and The Revelation is in ACR two games later. I wonder if there'll be AC3 and two more games after it. Or maybe they're gonna make an AC game without Desmond after AC3. That might be interesting, to explore the past without having a conflict in the future, like just for fun hahah. I doubt Abstergo or the Assassin's would do that though lol.
Cheers

The Greeting: Assassin's Creed.
The Warning: Assassin's Creed II.
The Revelation: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

Now we sit back and have fun.
