If you ordered from Amazon.com you are entitled to TWO BONUS ITEMS, according to the official Assassin's Creed website, which can be found here:

http://assassinscreed.us.ubi.c...hood/news/11443.html (http://assassinscreed.us.ubi.com/brotherhood/news/11443.html)

Scroll to the bottom and you'll notice that not only were you supposed to receive the Helmschmied Drachen Armor, but you are also supposed to receive a Digital Download of Assassinís Creed Lineage.

I have saved a complete copy of the website for my records, but have also taken a screenshot for everyone's convenience.

If you're like me: you've only received your Helmschmied Drachen Armor.

I have contacted Amazon.com support and they stated that they have no knowledge of this, yet it is clearly advertised on the official Assassin's Creed website, as you all can plainly see.

If you ordered your game from Amazon.com I suggest you contact Ubisoft and ask them to fulfill the advertisement on their website.

I personally ordered from Amazon.com specifically for the armor and the Lineage download.

Some people have suggested that this is available on the PlayStation Store. If this is true please post that here (I'm guessing it might be in the Assassin's Creed 2 section if it's anywhere) so that I can stop bugging people about it.

Otherwise: yes, it is available on YouTube, but that doesn't change the fact that Amazon.com customers did not get what was advertised.

Was it actually listed on Amazon.com's website?

I'm assuming the above Screenshot is from Ubisoft's website and not actually Amazon's.

It may be a case of where Ubisoft advertised it, yet Amazon.com was unaware of it. Thus Ubisoft technically needs to hand out the Download to people who pre-ordered from Amazon with proof of purchase.

Now, if it were advertised on Amazon's actual website, then I could see it being their responsibility to give out the download themselves.

but the above may be the case, and thus why Amazon Support is not familiar with it at all, since they personally never advertised it, only Ubisoft did

That's what I was getting at, actually; sorry if I wasn't clear. The Amazon.com support person said it was never advertised on their site, so, yes, players wishing to receive this should contact Ubisoft -- not Amazon (because they will tell you to contact Ubisoft) -- for this fulfillment.

Ok, just wanted to clear up any possible confusion.

That and we don't want a slew of people contacted Amazon for something they otherwise may be needing to contact Ubisoft for.
