I just picked up gameport versions of ch pedals, ch flight stick and ch throttle for 10.99 including postage from ebay!
now adding up the cost of 3 of leo bodnar's boards, 3 usb cables, diodes etc I reckon that still totals less then 100 quid.
I reckon that's a bargain and I had to tell someone who would understand why I'm so chuffed!

I managed with loads of help from you great guys in the forums, to re wire a ch fighterstick which I use now. It was an epic job for a total elctronics/soldering noob, but sooo satisfying. now I've got some experience I'm more confident. The kit will work fine with my xp o/s. I'd really recommend getting some ch kit if you see it on offer cheap. I've enough kit for me and my son to go head to head with now. I'm preparing to get my *** whupped!!

I'd think this should work with virtually any OS that recognizes USB connections, right? Should not matter if it's XP, Vista or Win7. So I don't understand the talk about the OS.

I got my 2nd set of Gameport CH Pedals probably less than a month or 2 before the stopped selling them and went to USB only.. Cost me $30 for new ones, back in the earl 2000's. They definarely aren't too much worse than the USB Pro Pedals that were going for $130. Even if you don't have a gameport, you can always get a USB adaptor. Good find. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/metal.gif
