View Full Version : Why wont it let me be a diamond member

I have an acount and was a beta tester. I can go in and click buy on the diamond memberships but it wont let my parents log in to pay pal. Does that have to do with my parents account or my computer? Or is it an error in the game. I know some people were saying that it wouldnt let them be a diamond memeber but is this what they meant. PLEASE RESPOND UBI's!!!

I have a question about Diamond Membership as well. My Mom was trying to buy a 6 month membership, but it says auto-renew and she doesn't want it to continuously charge her credit card. We looked under FAQ's and it said to click 'here' and then we clicked thate and it was like a forum for adults with questions that their children would say. Then I asked a question and it said it would get back to me in one business day. I told my Mom that and she said okay. I asked her what a business day was and she said:
"Monday."

I'm sorry, but I really don't have patience and I cannot wait until Monday. I was so excited, but now I'm just the tiniest bit dissapointed. I know that Mods are always on and ready to help everyone on here, but I seriously need help and I don't even know if a Mod can help with this.

Does any Mod have an idea of what to do or have the answer to my question? I would really appreciate it... and right now... I'm mega serious.

Sorry Balletgrl! But you will have to contact Customer Support regarding this. Your mom is correct, it won't be until Monday. They are an excellent team however and will help get your questions answered and the information you are asking as quickly as possible. Don't worry about the auto-renew thing! Exactly why it says, "A one time payment" You pay once, and your membership renews every month for how long you bought it for! For example, mine will renew for another year. It will make no extra charges to your mom's credit card.

I bought a year, then it will renew every month, (no charge) and it will end once it hits 9/19/2012

I just saw this and thought I should explain that this is really not how it works. It says "A one time payment" for 6 and 12 month subscriptions meaning that you are charged for the full 6 or 12 months in one payment. This DOES NOT mean that your account will not auto-renew at the end of the subscription period. When your subscription runs out, your account WILL auto-renew, and your parents credit card WILL be charged again. If you do not want the account to auto-renew at the end of the paid subscription, you will need to send in a support ticket.

Wait, this was a long time ago but i am a diamong mmember and it DOESNT say that my account is activated??? what does that mean? i mean i can play on it normally but...
