This is my current video card I am using. It is also not in the supported cards list. Does this mean that it will not be compatible with Cliffs of Dover?

All the list means is that they are the cards they have tried running CoD on IIRC.

The only way you will know for sure is to install CLOD and see if it runs ok.

Pretty much any graphics card past a certain point will work with any game unless there's some sort of incompatibility issue, like maybe if it's a really old card that doesn't at least support DX9, or if the game is really old and doesn't run on new cards. A 280 is a pretty recent card and should work with any game.

Hello,

A question very similar but very different;
Is the GeForce gtx295 supported?

Cliffs of Dover.
A great game from great gamers.

Not in the supported list. I wrote to support and they told me

"If your video card is not specifically listed, it is not supported for use with the game. However, your card should still work fine and should be on the final requirements list that will come out when the game is released."

Hopefully this means they will add cards (like ours) to the supported list over time.
