Hi, Had a hardware crash and I need to reinstall everything,
IL2/Forgotten battles/Aces/Pacific Fighters.
and all the patches, if needed.

Is there a concsie set of install instructions for doing this anywhere?

Thanks,

Just install:
1. IL2 FB
2. AEP
3. PF

No patching needed...
Some people say a reboot is neccesary between each install... could be wise...
Do not forget to defrag when finished!

And check this out the Pacific Fighters Tips and Tweaks in the Community Help forum.

Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't that read:

1.FB
2.AEP
3.Patch 2.01
4.Patch 2.04
5.PF

I install as above and get my patchs from:-

http://www.netwings.org/library/Forgotten_Battles/Patches/

People who play on line and want both options copy install up to 2.04 and paste it elsewhere before installing PF in the original folder.

I know no one reads my posts, but this one would have actually helped above, in clearing this up.

If you are installing PF as an addon to a clean install of FB/AEP, you do not need patches 2.01 and 2.04. And it's been said also, that a clean install of FB and AEP is better in the longrun when adding PF. S!

Hi, thanks for the Answers.
I did install the patches but I can just nuke everything and reinstall.
It won't take as long as Half-life2 and it's 5 disks.
I'll proably be able to finish All three Lord of the ring movies while I'm waiting for that.

Thanks,
Mike
