Yeah, but I think UbiMontreal actually really cares about havinga great game overall. They want the story to be amazing, gameplay, etc. Activison just wants money with the CoD franchise. Either way good for us fans, right?

Yeah in the interview Edge links to he said a proper AC sequel so probably.

I don't think so, but maybe Ubisoft will surprise us I mean look at B:AA they showed the B:AA 2 shortly after it's release.

OMG I so loved that game, I mean it doesn't matter what the critics thought the fans loved the game! And we deserve a sequel!

This scares me. As enticing as a yearly AC game is, I hope it doesn't dilute the series in general. ACB was okay, I loved it for what it was but I felt like it was mostly more of the same, better than AC2 in every way but not better enough to stand out as a third Assassin's Creed game. It wasn't a glorified expansion, but I can't consider it a full fledged sequel in my head. I just hope for this next game, we DON'T return to Ezio or the Renaissance. I'm starting to get sick of him in this game, and the setting is getting stale.

I think it will start going downhill now, the milking has begun.

But, I am going to be a sucker until the end, if the games are atleast playable and somewhat like AC2.. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I dont know why you guys keep saying they are milking the series and that they have to take time. What about the game we all bought a week and a half ago? I think we all can agree that Brotherhood is an awesome game with an awesome ending. And for all we know, they could have been working on AC3 for months now...

I disagree. The main reason I bought it was because Assassin's Creed is a unique franchise with a strong story driven single player narrative. It's focus on quality, polish and innovation is what allows me to enjoy it.

Multiplayer was a nice addition though.

its only "milking" when the series starts to turn to crap...

but if the games are quality made and add to the epicness of AC.. then i say "why not" keep making AC games.. there awsome

I agree with you, but there's one series that continues with good games but is getting annoying MARIO!
