re your enquiry of disappearing character.

your not supposed to kill him there, after a fight it moves on to another part.

i dont know why the mods here have "lock happy syndrome",maybe its an internal competition with little or no regard for the way it upsets people.

but your thread should have at most been moved so someone with the answer could have helped.

there,no rules broken,no spoilers,no bad language.

I got it sorted thanks to a little help but if the problem is a known bug then surely it would be better that more people know about it, also in another forum I frequent (also a ubi one) the mods would reply to the post before moving it to a more relevant area.

You could've also PMed Mr_Zooly instead of creating another thread.

i wouldnt call it a bug though.
the range wasnt taken into consideration when setting it up,a simple switch to stop targetting from that distance would have fixed it.
so people all probably tried doing it from afar.

i had the same idea, kill him and get away scott free. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif
but as with a lot of bits n pieces in a ported game,it looks like it passed by the testers eye.

sorry xanatos2007,your on ignore so i didnt see what you typed, another lecture or faux mod suggestion though with nothing to do with the thread ? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

yup, thought we had an agreement to ignore each other to avoid these hiccups.

If anyone has a problem with the way the Forums are moderated, I suggest you contact a Forum Manager via PM..

I would also remind people that the private thread [PM system] is ideal for passing on info such as this threads http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
