When my neice is over and its my watch I would read my neice bedtime stories. When I run out of the childrens books (which BTW I'm a fast reader and its easy to go through a book with words with a 45 font size) I start to go through my Uboat books. Fastinating to see the child drop fast asleep when I read one of these. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Funny thing for me though I keep reading and find myself reading well after an hour.

Poor child!

I wonder if she has nightmares filled with survivors at sea without lifeboats.

No more trips to the bath tub then too. Terrified of the water now. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I brought my 4 year old son to Battleship Cove, now he is 'sub crazy'. I bought him a bunch of old WWII Naval movies. (Run Silent Run Deep - Hellcats of the Navy - Sink the Bismark - est.) He probably knows every line from Run Silent Run Deep. At bedtime all he wants to do is look at dads Battleship and Submarine books!
(My 2 year olds first words were, 1)'Pepper' our cat, 2) 'Aunty' and 3) Arooga! Dive dive! (although it sounds like 'roo gah die die!'
