So some people tried to pass off the invisible camouflage as upcoming military technology, that may "some day" be used. We all know that's not true, but ok, let's go with it.

But what kind of military technology is a 360 degree bulletproof dome that just appears out of thin air?

Here's a view from outside the "dome":

It's not bad enough that you have narrow, closed-in maps where you can take cover on everything in sight, but now during the few times where you actually have no cover, you just press a button and you're magically protected?

What kind of a game is this, honestly? Between the invisible cloaks and the magical shields, this game has more in common with Harry Potter than it does with even GRAW 2.

Well, if they add dragons it might draw in more fans.

Might.

And you HAVE to put in powerups for any modern FPS or TPS game. Temporary invulnerability is just one of the normal powerups for that kind of game, who CARES if it is realistic? This is Ubisoft we are talking about. Not a company that gives a rats *** about realism.

Or maybe the guy with the dome was a dev playing the game who didn't want his avatar to get killed so he activated the 'I Win' button.

Either way... Meh...

What are you talking about? This is real-world technology that has been out for years. Specifically it is technology that exists in the game Halo 3. And Halo 3 is clearly a real thing - it has sold millions of copies.

Man...I came to this late. Haven't been on the PC forums in a while and I see...THIS. Holy crap man. This is some straight up Star Trek stuff.

"Captain, the Russians have entered the neutral zone and are now cloaked!"

"Red alert! Shields up!"

Arm phasers and photon torpedoes! We have those mounted on our backpacks now. (Oh wait, that was LAST year...)

Maybe they will add transporters for a fast exit when the mission is blown?

Maybe a bat'leh for those REALLY necessary gory close quarter kills? Will they add Borg assimilation for the unstoppable 'I win' button?

Someone is going to owe Paramount some SERIOUS royalty money here...
