cruised in there yesterday afternoon. blew off all the tasty treats on the way expecting to see a few passenger liners lined up so nicely at the docks. i arranged to arrive late at nite but only to find a few merchants and small tankers in port.

feeling rather pexed after spending ALL THE TIME TO GET THERE, i decided to exit via the east river. popped a small tanker and smacked the empire state bldg with a few rounds during my exit beneath the two bridges. it got a little narrow at the end and i took some damage before entering the long island sound. i entered the atlantic and blew back to base via the escape button..........

mighty boring matey... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif

This is all the fun I had in NY, not a single ship once in the channel.

I drove in and around NYC, the 5 boroughs and L.I. for 10 years delivering new cars and an occasional special trip to the Central Market with produce. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/53.gif The Cross Bonx and GW Bridge were and still are the pits. Never ever again if I can help it.

Im sure you were just as disappointed as I was when I found the statue was bullet proof after spending many deck gun rounds. I was hoping to give NY the whole planet of the apes look.
