I'm surprised the P-61 hasn't been brought out for Pacific of European theatre? Has it been brought up in the forums?

Here you can find some reading material about a P-61 crew.

"Once (I think it was 31st aug. 1940), I was in a fight with four Hurricanes over Dover.
I was back over the channel when I saw another Hurricane coming from Calais, trailing white smoke, obviously in a bad way.
I flew up alongside him and escorted him all the way to England and waved goodbye.
A few weeks later the same thing happened to me.
That would never have happened in Russia - never". (Erich Rudorffer - 109 pilot)

Two reasons. NO, three reasons....

Cardinal Biggles, read the charges...

1. Radar is not implementable in the current game.

2. There are copyright issues between the aircraft's manufacturer and the game publisher.

3. It's too late to add any new aircraft.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

But a shame that is. Really cool plane. Not that important, but cool nonetheless.

But I think I'd still prefer a 6 MK 108 He 219 as a nightfighter. If only for the ejection seat. You could fly below the bomber, bail into it's bottom and scare the **** out of the crew once they open the bomb bay. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

So far it is a pretty interesting show.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Minimum system would be probably like last year good system for IL-2 series. The simulation has gone from what was to be a study sim involving one aircraft to a real monster anthology of WWII aviation. The engine has been stretched to fit multi-engined bombers, aircraft that are linked (such as the Mistel and the TB-3/I-16 combinations), aircraft carriers, runway cratering, working searchlights, etc.

Great show,(just finished watching it).

I have one question.
St.PetersBurg is located on the Baltic coast, so in Il2 is it represented by the Lenningrad Map?

I believe St. Petersburg and Lenningrad are the same city. St Petersburg was named after Lenin when he took power.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
