Yup, Destroyer Command is your best bet.

With all of the rabid wolves around here I wouldn't fancy my chances of being master of a merchant vessel http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Ha! I don't think I'd like to take my chances with a DESTROYER with this group!

Especially with some of the Kaleuns here with their patented head on torpedo attacks http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

'Down the throat' shots Goose? My favourite! 320 metres and closing fast, depth 4.5...marvellous! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif Nerves of steel me!

Yes RJ, I was referring to you...being one of those rabid wolves - scurge of the Atlantic Convoys and Escorts.

When Churchill talked about the U-Boat peril he of course had you in mind http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif I took a chance, I thought you might be referring to my kind of tactics! I remember I posted a thread about it with screenies - I'll have to dig it out.

My fellow younger Kaleuns be aware...if it goes wrong and the torp scrapes down the side of the Destroyer without detonating...you are in for one hell of a depth charging session. You must be on the ball and launch the torp (doors open remember) at the very last minute, once the Destroyer has stopped zig zagging and is making it's attack run.

I prefer 420 allowing for torp set back
