Hi. Longtime lurker here, but have actually have something to say for once! Like many other people i found it imposible to find the expansion pack, but after searching for AGES have found it here:

http://prismdirect.co.uk/il2_sturmovik_forgotten_battle.html?sc=awin

Still seems to be in stock.

Got mine today and am drooling over me new aircraft, even if i fly them like a post-oven turkey, with all the stuffings.

Now if only i had known i'd actually post something here i could have chosen a good sig when i signed up. Ah well.

Wow, fantastic price too!

I ended up getting mine from Germany eaby shop. Easy enough, but not as fast, easy, or cheap, as a uk site.

It begins indeed, though when i say my machine is less than steller, its pooh. 797 mhz pIII, with only 256 of ram, and only a 56k modem to my name! not even going to think about online untill i've atleast broadband to have any chance of being able to play, and even so i've fallen into the trap of the easier settings often, its hard to wean myself off.. but one day, oh yes, one day! did i mention i need a bucket load of cash too?

Ah, the good old days of PIII 400 MHz flight sims! Falcon 4 was just about playable using a 32mb 3dfx card (plus a massive 128 Meg memory). My god, it was 1998. How times fly by, having so much fun. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
