Mid game at hyper and boom the cd spins and I'm looking at my desktop. No error report or any warning. Windows XP 3.2ghz 2gb 256 radeon DX9.0C...defragged etc. I remember a post about this but be D*mned if I can find it. ANY help apprieciated. "never fly straight into those pretty little lights"

I'd suggest posting your dxdiag report in the community help forum with a description of the circumstances.

If this is happening when you are off-line, try disabling your firewall/virus protection program.
If you have WinXP Sp2 installed, be sure to disable its integral firewall, too. I was having the same crashes before taking these precautions.

Do you have a webcam?

I had the same.. LOMAC and FB (and any other games) crashed to desktop after seconds in the cockpit when my Logitech Quickcam MEssenger was plugged in.

I have exactly the same problem but only with CFS3! I fly for a bit and then suddenly the screen flashes and im back in windows. No report no nothing. It takes is half a second to kick me out to windows... No loading nothing like that! Just poof!

Looks to me that you have a bad ram Modual. Try to test them or if you have sped them up try to back them back down to 2.5 in you bios and see if that helps.
