Will the PC version have SLI or DirectX11 support at launch?

SLI: Don't know, I doubt it.

DX11 Support: No. Ubisoft have stated that the game is DX9 only.

It means running 2 graphics card at once. SLI for Nvidia, Crossfire for Ati cards.

SLI is Scalable Link Interface. It means we can link 2 or more NVIDIA Video cards together to produce a single output. The workload is shared between the GPUs.

It's like using more than one GPU/Video Card on your System for more parallel processing power for in-game Graphics.....

Some games support SLI, whereas others do not properly scale well on an SLI rig. But your MOBO should also have the proper PCI-E slots, so that you can insert and link more than one identical Video cards.
