it will probably be an indicator like in other games (fallout for example) where it will list the sync requirements either during the mission or at the mission select screen. Only the 19th Nov will reveal though.

I read a review a few days ago that described it as on screen text during the mission telling you what you needed to do for 100% sync. I'll see if I can find a link to it and post it here for confirmation.

EDIT: Here's the link to the preview I read about it. Word of caution tho, the preview contains spoilers describing missions and events in the game, so if you'd rather be surprised I'd not read it.

It pops up as a note when you first get the mission prompt (where you can acept or decline), it'll tell you underneath the mission description how Ezio did the mission.

There's an example of this during the Exotic Gameplay video on youtube.

Here's just one of the parts that talk about 100% Sync Challenges without posting spoilers:

"This new element of the game also brings up the facet of 100% Synchronization Challenges. These bonus feats around the game range from not dropping below a single square of health to killing a certain Captain with throwing knives. They range from the simple to the exceedingly difficult and add a new element of challenge to the overall game. Optional quests also pop into your “to do” list as you'll come across distraught peasants who need help and you'll get the chance to aid them for a few extra florins."

It makes the game make more sense that you can get perfect sync with Ezio's memories how he did it but yes theres going to be a description and shouldn't be hard to follow on that plus you will be able to keep checking on it and maybe they will have a meter for it I don't really know about that last part though.
