Hola folks, I was just looking on play.com and noticed something interesting. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is also in the books section. There's no information yet. I hope it's written by Oliver Bowden again, he did a great job with Renaissance, but I also hope he does a similar thing and varies the story from the game. I liked the extra details.

And there's a very cool Ezio action figure but it is insanely expensive: http://www.play.com/Gadgets/Ga...-Figure/Product.html (http://www.play.com/Gadgets/Gadgets/4-/15846346/Assassin-Creed-2-12-Inch-Ezio-Auditore-Di-Firenze-Deluxe-Action-Figure/Product.html)

Yeah, i wouldn't mind a Brotherhood Book but as long as Bowden does a better job than in Renaissance! He strayed a little too far away for the game for my liking and he made a ton of stupid changes like making Ezio's cut on his forehead and calling Christina 'Calfucci'!

Plus, didn't Ezio kill Borgia in the book? I only got halfway through it before i had to return it to the guy i borrowed it from so i'm not sure. If he did, it wouldn't make much sense in Brotherhood!

I just checked the back page and he left the vault with Borgia alive, just injured. So it could work.

MMMM this could be wicked if its released. Other than the rushed end to Renaisence i thought it was a good read Oliver Bowden is not a bad leisure writter atall.

Cesare actually poisoned Rodrigo. He was with the Count of some part of Italy and Rodrigo, and Cesare put Cantarella into Rodrigo's food and drink. Cantarella is a poison, or arsenic if you want to get scientific.

Yeah, but he might not of died. It just said he was dying . He could of lied to find out what was in there, or he could have messed up the dose. I mean he's pretty fat, and poisoning properly can depend on the size of the target http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I thought Bowden did a brilliant job on Renaisence. He could have made it seem like the game but because of the extra bits he added it felt as though it really was a story from the time. Wouldn't mind seeing an AC book written by Steven Barnes to see what "The Invisible Imam" might have been like and see what sort of writter he is.

Although whoever its written by this is good news as i am sure i will enjoy the book too.

Requiem? Is that Brotherhood's story then or is this a different story?

Yeah that's Renaissance. It's alright IMO, but there are a lot of things not like the game and you don't really get the same feel for it, but it's alright, give a lot more info on Ezio's left then told in the Animus...

He could die in the book, seeing as Bowden (if he is writing it) LOVES to go off topic from the game, but i doubgt he'll die in the game bcause of genetic reasons
