Well, uh, um, I guess that says it.

The basic scissors is the act of two planes vying for shooting position. The lead plane makes a wide slow turn so the front plane overshoots and than he turns back to get on his tail, than the new lead plane does the same thing and they fight like this untill one breaks away or the other shoots and scores.

I think the rolling scissors is when one climbs and then roll inverted and dive down on their opponent who counters by climbing and then rolling down and so they continue.
