I stayed nearby some of these planes in North West Territories about 15 years ago so I thought of this skin and I made it today.

Nice! I bought a cup with a NORCANAIR DHC Otter on it the other day at the aviation store and took it up to pay for it. I said, you know, hey, this says NORCANAIR, and the guy says, "What the heck is NORCANAIR?". Kids.

I see that NORCANAIR went out of business about twenty years ago. Maybe they were competing with these guys at one point. I was working out of an RCMP hangar in Yellowknife for a while and I would watch these Buffalo planes operate in the extreme cold. They are still going.
Oh well, more of a MSFS topic I suppose.

Maybe. NORCANAIR used to fly DC3s and a variety of other stuff right over our house when I lived in Saskatoon, this was in the late 70's. Goofy I know, but my Dad and I used to go out into our yard to watch them come in. What a fleet to be flying, even in those days.

A company I used to work for overhauls the engines for DHC-5 Buffalos for Arctic Sun West.
