The navy grounded 2 crews from HSM-41 for dunking there helos in NV Lake Tahoe. It seems that one of the 60s developed a "settling w/power" event while in a low hover and splashed down into the water.

Woh ! That was dangerous. When the blades would have hit the surface = Game over
