Assassin’s Creed
Theories
· Lucy Stillmann is a Templar.
o She is inexplicably taken in by Vidic after she has nowhere left to go.
o She has come from being almost 100% in agreement with Vidic to being Desmond’s biggest ally.
o She has ample time to talk and/or conspire with Vidic in the first game while Desmond is locked in his room, asleep.
o She knows who Subject 16 is and how he died, but refuses to talk about it or tell you who he is.
o She was not killed when Abstergo decides to kill Desmond Miles and his allies.
o Desmond is instructed to stab Lucy by Juno, stating only that she is a “hindrance to the path.”

· Lucy Stillmann is Subject 16.
o Subject 16 is not necessarily a male. It has been shown that he/she can use the computer’s voice as his/her own, so he/she could easily make a male voice.
o We have never seen enough of Subject 16 to know for sure his gender.
o We know enough to entertain the possibility that Subject 16 is not dead.
o At the end of The Truth, when Desmond talks with the image of Subject 16, Lucy doesn’t say a word the entire time.
o We have seen the stub where her left ring finger should be, which could explain the blood on Desmond’s walls and the floor at Abstergo.
o Lucy has access to the “Animus Room” and the Animus, giving her plenty of time to leave the blood on the floor and the glyphs in Ezio’s memories.
o As proven in Assassin’s Creed II, she can create a video loop, meaning she would not have to worry about security cameras while leaving the blood.
o Had she left the glyphs in Desmond’s memories, she would already know about them. This would much further explain the need to go back to Abstergo, something that involves great risk, because without the memory chip she took, there would be no glyphs.

· Rebecca Crane is Subject 16.
o She has extensive knowledge of the Animus and technology, something that would be easily explained if she herself had been a subject.
o After solving Cluster 10 in Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, and after playing the videos in order, the message “The miracle is in the execution” is revealed. By itself, it doesn’t make sense as a video She almost immediately points out that it might not be a video. Immediately following that, it is magically formatted into an .exe file. (which could explain the “execution” part of the quote) For it to be ready that quickly, it would have to have been pre-prepared.
o In Lucy’s e-mail inbox and outbox are mysterious e-mails between her and a friend. These e-mails seem to suggest two things:
§ Ger friend was once a subject
§ Her friend died, or at least nearly died
o Rebecca is constantly on the Animus, given that’s her role on the team. This would give her all the time she needed to leave glyphs in Desmond’s memories and otherwise alter them in any way she wants.

He's obviously joking as he said Lucy had a stub when it's VERY clear that she just bent her finger back.

While I was joking about lucy having a stub, i was completely serious about most everything else. However, if anybody has evidence to the contrary on any of this, please tell me. Editions will be made when necessary.

Everyone is a Templar except for Desmond.

Well, except for the Assassins posing as Templars who are posing as Assassins.
The Triple Agent Astemplasins. You know who I mean.
