hi all
with the festive season just around the corner, I have now seen 'budget' copies of 1946 going for R89 (local currency). Equivalent to around 8 pounds (UK), or $12 (US). Cheapest I've ever seen it going, so I've bought 4 copies, 1 spare for myself, and 3 for christmas prezzies for some mates. Thought Oleg might like the extra cash injection as well, to help speed things up with BOB... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Half your luck!

Over here in Australia, the best I've seen it for was around $49AUD on ebay and $79AUD in the shops!

I guess without a viable alternative the price is staying up!

Cheers!

dunno about wall street, freddie, but that's by far the cheapest i've seen it retailing in the shops....ok, so it should be closer to 6 pounds sterling.... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Here in Spain they didn't even distribute it. If they did, I haven't seen a single copy in the stores. Had to order mine on-line.

I saw 4 copies in the local Best Buy over the weekend going for $19.99, which isn't bad. I was surprised to see it, actually. They must have just gotten a shipment in.

I live in Cádiz. But I haven't seen it, even in El Corte Inglés. Just the f*ng M$-X everywhere. Bought mine in Play.com.

Play.com always have good prices. When 46 was first released it was only £17.99. It was about £29 in the high street.

It will hit the R50 barrier within 6 months. There's a very small market here for flight sims, so this is one way of getting rid of it even if the profit margin is low.

Maybe we can buy it here and DHL it your way http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

mortoma - the R is for South African Rand, maybe displayed in financial circles as ZAR.
As K_Freddie mentioned, its currently at R14 to 1 Pound stirling, or around R7-8 to $1 US.
Hope that solves your confusion.
It's definitely not one of the 'big hitters' in the financial circles...
