Heinkel He-111 / CASA 2.111 B Restoration! This plane looks pretty small in real life. I do miss the Daimler-Benz DB601 engines though. The CASA will never be a "real" Heinkel He-111 to me! Sorry I couldn't zoom in more, I have a pretty poor lens.

The Storch seems to be a funny aircraft to fly http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/10.gif

I have asked/whined for a Stork many times. It's not exactly and BnZer outside of the hanger, but it would be great for an online mission.

I've often thought of larger maps and the need for side A to be forced to find side B via reconnaissance a/c. But the Stork would be equiped with a virtual camera and the player flying it could take b/w fotos of enemy bases or movements. The other side would do the same and depending on the situation, make strategic moves.

For example, artillery spots a stork at 5,000m and opens fire. The Stork ducks into some clouds and gets away. The base's location has been compromised and no doubt the enemy is about to send a large number of planes. The best alternative,, depending on the conditions, is to either move to another base or try to jump the expected enemy forces.

DF servers are ok if you've just has a tiff with your wife, but for something really interesting, I'd like to see some sort of ongoing mission that might even take weeks to complete.

Sorry for rambling, but the Stork represents my online dream.

Christian, where abouts is Schleissheim? The name definitely sounds Bayerisch.

As always, beautiful pics and thanks for making the effort to share them with us.

Fritz
