I'd like to see it flyable in its 'Fighter' configuration as well...fitted with the forward firing gun pack with four 0.303-in Brownings.

If I had my druthers, everything would be flyable!

Pity that we'll never get the Pe-8. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

I really hope that 1C:Maddox takes a lesson from boardgaming and will continue to support Il-2:FB into the future including add-on planes. This would assure them of residual income for years to come.

As PC's advance, there will always be plenty of folks who can't afford to be on the cutting edge. They will continue to buy and fly Il-2.

I sure would love to fly it, however it will happen.. it is a low priority plane.. with pathetic bomb load /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif only 2x 500lbs..

I'd love to see it flyable but I think it has as much chance of being flyable as the Fw-189. (That would be zero chance)

interesting, but more cannon fodder nevertheless.

I'm a crappy pilot, but one hell of a shot.
