View Full Version : Getting out of the game fast?

Is there a hotkey or something that will take me out of the game fast? It's so cumbersome to first get out of the memory block, then out of the machine, then hit Esc and select exit, then you have to select your current game again, and finally the option to get out for real appears. Whew!

Thankfully it's alot faster in AC2 (and most likely Brotherhood), you just hit esc with pauses the game then just click on Exit to Windows. Simples http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I don't get PC gamers, Xlive is specifically tailored to the multiplayer experience, Sony's effort is weak (it also requires a lot of sub menu use) and when I was running Rainbow6 and some others back in the day on the PC, the interface and controls were slow and detached from the gameplay.

At least on older games you could press the Windows logo key (on the keyboard) to bring you to the desktop. From there just right click on the application running and select Close/Exit. Used to work.

Or just delete system 32 and not worry about the hard way.

It IS trolling and I AM trolling. I was a major troll on the bfbc2 forums and pretty the whole forum knows me for the trolling. But I trolled bfbc2 because EA sucked with dlc and lagged all the time. I sometimes control myself not to troll =P

Trolling is against the rules. It will get you banned.

and Off-topic; How was BFBC2 laggy? I never once encountered a laggy opponent on that game.

@ Nick1021...

Not big, not funny, not clever!

Taking on a forum manager isn't going to end well... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

Is that the sound of a ban hammer in the distance?!

Since even though you may think Trolling is fun and a 'laugh' - it's not.. it's annoying to other members..

So either stop now, and become a 'real' member - or I can give you a nice holiday from the forums....

...and Mr. Shade is still being nice by not banning you already, even though you admitted that you like to troll and have 'trolled' on many forums already

I suggest you really consider what Mr. Shade is offering, I think it's his last warning

Fine fine. But technically deleting system 32 would make exiting the game faster. Don't do it because it will mess up your computer. And thank you Mr. Shade? I guess.

This kind of troll is mildly amusing at best, most of the time simply annoying, and at worst results in somebody actually following the advice.

While you might say "yeah, they're stupid for following it" and that's true to an extent it's still something that's going to get you banned from anywhere decent.
