So, i started a thread talking about one think and it finished being a topic discussing what we like/dislike in each assassin's creed. We were having a normal discuss and not harasing anyone, when i went to check last answer i got this error:

Did not find any data for this TOPIC

Why did you remove that topic? Wouldn't you just block it if you don't want it to continue? Or, are you scared that ppl will understand why i don't like some changes and start to ask for you to reserve somethings or balance the new features?

I thought france were in a democracy http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Threads could be deleted for any number of reasons. Why not message one of the Forum Managers rather than making a rant thread that will inevitably, get locked anyway?

As Esco said it could've been deleted for a number of reasons, making this thread will do you no good either.

You should've just PMed a mod if you think your thread being removed is a major problem.

And what has France got to do with this?

Yeah, but these are the English forums, which I'd assume are run by English moderators rather than their French counterparts on the French forums.

Rules are set by the french headquarter.

Now i'm thinking, i could have pmed a mod but i forgot to.

Oh, and my other thread main question was not answered by ubisoft/mods (the one about steam).

Actually, rules are set by the respective community teams, in this case, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) which is headquartered in the UK. Just PM a mod with your query.

Well, the reason is obvious. It isn't a SteamWorks game, so thus when you buy it you aren't gonna get a steam code with it. Why? Because if they used SteamWorks they wouldn't be able to use their own game launcher, uPlay.

Games like Black Ops, Civilization V, and Fallout: New Vegas were all SteamWorks games and used Steam for the launcher and achievements and you had to install Steam to play the game. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Are you from ubisoft?

Multiplayer would win many points if uses steamworks, their servers are really good for matchmaking systems...

UbiSoft isn't going to answer you.

Also, I haven't had any problems with getting MP games..

If you're talking about the "Steam and Slowmotion" thread, try looking in the PC forum.

Democracy means that if a company wants to set up forums and enforce the rule that they can take down anything that they don't want to be on there.

That is the reality of the situation. It's just like you're perfectly free to talk about someone in a rude manner in front of them, and they're free to sue you.

If you want to talk about the subject, I guess Ubisoft is telling you to talk about it on a different forum. And they're legally allowed to do that. If I were you, I'd just let them.

You have previously been told to Private Message a Forum Manager if you have an issue. I suggest you do so. Please provide a Topic Name as well to refer to the Topic you are talking about.
