at 12h00,spring/summer (over smolensk)

to get a better match,it needs :

1/to withdraw the stars
2/to have a brighter blue replace the purple

would it be possible for pay addon ?

thanks for reading /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

then get a pic where another plane is much lower u in RL, and other pic about with same height difference in FB http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif) then, we can compare the difficulty of seeing plane against ground. try to get RL pic with yak and 109 side by side while ur above them :P

"cool to see the curve of the earth tho "

just in case you're serious, that's not the curve of the Earth, the curve you see is in the shape of the cloud line.

nice pics, thanks.

Curve comes from the lense size of the camera.

Speaking of high altitude FB Pancake, over at LOMAC some Noob was so Happy to see the Earth's curvature so easily in FB and wanted the same for LOMAC. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif I told him the FB "curvature" was fake cos the horizon was cut off. He said the FB horizon looked like Earth curvature so that was fine with him. People will do anything for a curve these days.

well,at approx 12000m you can start to "guess" earth curvature, like here :

This one was taken over the atlantic, aiming north, about 2 hours before sunrise.I see kinda curve right there, don't you see ?

oleg wrote me he wouldn't change sky color...

so if you have good shots taken at 11000m from cockpit (cabin windows have light filter, photos are rendering too dark from there),plz mail him, maybe he needs more sources...

Hi Lexx,

Try setting the landscape detail to perfect. No more pancake. It's strictly an 'excellent' mode and below phenomenon.
