The animations of the crew still have a long way to go.

For example, if the boat happens to be surfaced when
under attack, the crew on the conning tower is always
peering around the horizon as usual.

If the boat gets rammed by a destroyer, they continue
standing firmly (even though the boat may be toppling
90 degrees) and peering into their binoculars, as though
nothing happened.

The same applies to the gun crew. They just sit there
steadfastly no matter no what happens, including being rammed.

You must have incompetent crew onboard. My boys are trained to take cover when shot at. Here is an example of my bridge crew taking cover (but still bravely spotting the ship) while being shot at by a Merchant about to die later that morning http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
