After taking Pietro (the actor who was playing Jesus) to the doctor, there is a scene where you're chasing this one-eyed bandit. How can you run after him without losing him if there are 50 guards who are trying to kill you (and who run much faster than you, despite all their heavy armor)?

You can use smoke bombs to stun them, or try to find alternate paths to get around them.

I've also found (it's worked from AC all the way through AC:B) that often if you jump at a guard waiting to tee off on you, you knock them down and you can continue running.

i agree wil sully in all the AC games jumping just before you get close will often knock them down or they will just not hit you.

I just used my horse. He follows a set route, really easy to follow on a horse.

I summoned my brotherhood to help take care of them, and ran on higher ground (which is found near the end of the guard line)

Yes, it is quite annoying that the ''quick'' guards can run faster than you. But the worst thing is that i have noticed, that they run faster than horses. lol. Also they stop if you jump, its easiest way to evade their attacks.

*offtopic* And i hate that you have to wear Brutus armor if replaying memory http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/compsmash.gif , wouldn't it be better if you could wear the one you are wearing right now? *faster loadings, *satisfied clients, *no force to wear that disgusting armor, Ubi really should have done better job on that one. Armor doesn't fit assassins style, you cant know which part of armor can block attacks (if real), and too fluffy and too long skirt, its like fat-big-guard-mmorpg-armor. I hope you will fix this, thanx for the game, it was great!!! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/metal.gif

You can un-equip the armor you know. Just go to the Tiber Island Hideout while replaying a memory and equip another piece of armor (e.g Plate). You'll un-equip the armor of Brutus and Ezio will be in his original threads again http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

I actually fell into a "rabit hole" in this sequence. I was going the high ground way to stop La Volpe fell into some kind of glitch hole; fell for a little bit and landed in a large body of water, began swimming and saw the patterns of buildings above me, and was able to swim to the island.

Do you have an account with UPlay? I used my earned points and bought Altairs armor (the really cool armor from AC2). You keep the high protection of the ugly armor while wearing this one. Mine has never changed when I replay a memory.
