Was the Bf 109F-4 available in any significant quantities in June/July of 1941?

What about lend-lease P40's and P39s?

Haven't been able to find any concrete numbers.

I can say right now there would have been no P-40s or P-39s in June or July just when the USSR entered the war.

In 1941 - or better pretty much the whole time - the Murmansk region saw a "poor man's war". The Luftwaffe had II./KG 30 with its Ju 88s as bomber unit, IV.(Stuka)/LG 1 with its Ju 87, a roughly Staffel-strong destroyer component (reinforced Stab/ZG 76) and two, later three Staffeln of Bf 109 E (and T) from 1. and 14./JG 77 (13./JG 77 came later as 3rd Staffel of so-called "Jagdgruppe z.b.V." aka "Jagdgruppe Kirkenes"). Add a handful of recon and transport aircraft and you're set.

On the soviet side the age of its aircraft pool was even more pronounced. There was exactly one escadrilya of modern aircraft - MiG-3s. The rest were ShKAS-armed I-153 and I-16 (maybe a handful of cannon-armed I-16) and SB (plus MBR-2 floatplanes). Later 95. IAP was posted to Murmansk flying Pe-3 fighters and of course the Hurricanes left behind by 151st RAF Wing.
