MOH_Sniper passed away recently I was informed today. He was 45, or maybe 46, and was taken by a heart attack.

Sad news indeed.

I did not know Steve well. He was a member of Ghost Skies, and I had the opportunity to fly with him once or twice. I'm not sure what family he left behind. But nevertheless, when someone from our community moves on, it sadens me.

Rest In Peace Steve. I hope you are blessed with peace and contentment, and your family takes comfort knowing you will be in a happier place.

Always sad and a little alarming to hear of some one being taken at such a young age.I recently attended the funeral of a freind the same age that was also taken by a heart attack. It really makes you think how precious your time in this life is.

Rest in peace.

When someone is taken at such a young age it kinda makes you question your own lifestyle. Not saying that was Steve's case. Just saying it makes me think. R.I.P

I've been avoiding this thread since it hit the boards and got in here by accident a couple minutes ago. I've had time to think and all I can say is this blows hard. I feel aweful for this guy, his kids, his family and whoever else misses him. I don't think this really puts anything in perspective for me, if anything did it was the three family members I lost in the last year, but it drives me absolutely friggin nuts that there is no way humanity could keep this man, who from all accounts seems to have been a really solid guy around for his family and friends. S! Sniper.

a few years ago an 18 year old kid that raced at our R/C track died during our two day event, heart failure, he was a very good kid and one of my friends. it was possibly the hardest day of my life. the mental picture of him is burned into my brain, so young.

this is either getting more common or we hear about it more. either way its all bad.

I feel a lot of sympathy for snipers friends and family, and wish them the best in this horrible situation.
