We have never explored Releeshahn. Do anyone think we will be able to explore that age in EoA?

Hey Corona....this may be the best place to ask you...when are you going to fix your PROFILE'S PICTURE??? I'm sick of looking at that X...aren't you? Go find some clouds or something! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif (I hope you know I'm just kidding with you!)

Trust me, I asked about this here many moons ago. I can't change my avie or sig even if I wanted to. It won't even let me change them back to "none". So, the red X is my permanent avie & sig here on this forum whether I like it or not. (not)

Corona, if you sent me a Private Topic telling me a url for an avatar that you want, I will edit to fix.

I removed the signature you had - if you want another send me that text as well.

Not sure who you asked before... and please accept my apologies that this was not done a lot sooner!

Thanks Tweek & Kates! Yeah, I don't need a sig, just an avie would be fine. Khatie, I invited you a PM & included a pic for an avie.

It's one of many screenshots I took while exploring all of Releeshahn.

Congrats CoronaGold on getting a avie pic back! and back to topic at hand. Who knows? Maybe in a book, maybe in a game. Let's hope for the best.

If Cyan ever did another Myst thingy in the future, I bet it'd be about Releeshahn, & possibly a few old unexplored dangerous Uru Ages &/or Releeshahn related Ages.

Or it could concentrate on what havoc Yeesha may have created at Releeshahn. When Yeesha grew up, Uru was dead, but Atrus was working on building up Releeshahn. (I sure hope I'm spelling that citys' name correctly.) In Uru Yeesha mentioned that she went ballistic with power, but now she's seen the way. Where did she go nuts? Uru was dead earlier. Atrus was working on rebuilding R. 2 + 2 = 4 so I assume Yeesha went uber powerful in R.

But really, clouds. WE NEED MORE CLOUD GAMES! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Perhaps, if we choose "wisely" and the D'ni civilization is preserved at the end of Myst V, it is the age of Releeshahn that the D'ni inhabit.

My fear is though, that we would be left at much the same spot we were in at the end of Exile, outside looking in at a age we could not visit. I speak of course of the moment when Saavedro returns finally to Narayan at the end of Exile. We are left standing on the dock gazing after him, so to speak.

Still, Releeshahn has become so much of a fanciful, mystical place. Presented by Atrus as an age of new beginnings and balance. Could Cyan create, allow us to visit such an age, and satisfy anyone, let alone everyone?

Perhaps because of the user communities speculations about Releeshahn, the bar has become set so high, that even CYAN could not create such an age. An age that must certainly, being the culmination and ultimate representation of Atrus's efforts in writing to forge the descriptive link, be almost paradise. At least in my mind it is.

Perhaps we will not get to explore Releeshahn. Releeshahn being left to the unlimited and furtile writings of our own imagination, and thus so much more then 3D, CG technology could ever convey.
