Personally I think we won't be seeing any of the old school R6 operatives in Vegas.

You will also take account to when R6:5 Vegas takes place, R6 operatives should age over the years and retire like in Critical Hour where John Clark retires.

Personally, I think that 'R6: Vegas' should take place at the same time as 'R6: Lockdown', as I do not think that 'R6: Lockdown' was of quality enough to farewell our beloved R6 operatives.

http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/351.gif I wish we could all have the ability to live a clairvoyant life. To know if a company is going to do well or fold b4 we even start it or whether to buy or sell stocks at a certain time. There is no way Ubi could have known that taking a chance on a new concept would do well or fail. I personally enjoy Lockdown and so do some of my friends. I look forward to changes they will make to future titles, but like the concept of PEC mode if done right. Which title they decide to end a characters career in is almost irrelevant to those of us who mainly play online. I will however always like the way the story lines unfold in these games... it's almost impossible to screw up such well written material.

So I have a challenge to all you whiners out there...

Pool your money together, hire some coders, make a rival game and I will buy it. Let's see if you can take the same criticism you dish out.

Dieter Weber was the youngest member in rainbow six 3 (xbox). It's possible that he'll return.

LOL. And Dieter Weber was a tough *** commando. Quitting, yeah that'll scare him for life. LOL

what i never got is why they even choose Deiter. The team sniper was always Homer Johnson. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif

He was wasn't he. Dieter did have one good scene in the book, the Red Faction Brigade storming of the castle like house. Y'know shooting the guy in the head while in the helicopter and having some of it get on a hostage. To be honest, I laughed.

How about you save us both some time and just give me the money now.

Homer was off getting married...he was on his honeymoon in Antarctica. Didn't you read that part of the story? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/mockface.gif

Which one shot the terrorist in the liver so that he would die slow, giving the sniper enough time to come down off his perch and look the guy in the eyes when he died?

I LIKED that one...did I just use my out-loud voice?...
