If you mean the one that runs fore to aft in a downward sweep, it's an Fw190A5 of 2/JG11.

Skins of it are on IL2 Skins that I've seen.

Yellow nose and cowl was pretty common across all fronts but the yellow fuselage band and yellow lower surface wing tips was pretty much limited to the eastern front.
