Ok yeah, this thread is somewhat pointless but I had to share my feelings.

The atmosphere and look of the city is just brilliant! That tied with how wonderful the music is, which I'm sure comes as no surprise to anyone, makes this game my favorite AC yet (I'm only 30 minutes in http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif). The feeling I got when I climbed to the top of the first view point and just sat there with the soft music playing (not the synch music which I'm not really a fan of), I lack the words to describe. Let's just say it beat the ACII beginning (you all the know the part I'm talking about http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif)

I just have to applaud you Ubisoft and all those who contributed. In this aspect at least you all exceded my expectations and did an absolutely brilliant job, bravo! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/clap.gif

Oh one thing though, I was rather disappointed when the music stopped, it should be on a loop. I could sit there, look at the city and listen to the music all day long. Once I find out which song it was I was listening to I will share (I wish I had a capture card).

Because that actually wasn't the intro.

Yeah I agree with you there. What I was talking about though isn't really an intro, just me sitting on a view point. I was simply comparing it to the scene from ACII because that is the closest to how I felt.

Ok, now I'm POd and have to retract a lot of praise, Ubisoft did not fix the full sync. You still have to start the entire mission over if you fail full sync. Shame on you Ubisoft, shame on you http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/51.gif

Nice! so i have to repeat missions again if i don't get 100% the first time http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif i like it because it extends the games length.

Hate to admit it, I have failed to 100% a few - I was not forced to restart any?

It may be a pivotal mission? One you really need to 100% for story progression, unless that is what you mean?

Wow, how did I miss that? My next post was going to be where is the pinned feedback thread. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blush.gif

As for sync, no, what I mean is if you fail 100%sync you cannot just load the last checkpoint or even die to go back to the last checkpoint before you failed it, you have to start the whole mission over. If you go to the previous checkpoint 100sync is still failed, even though you hadn't failed it at that point. An unacceptable oversight in my opinion considering how much the issue was discussed here.
