I have been having error code OSCAR-03 since the recent patch. I have done all the things in the FAQ's about this code multiple times uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still having same error code.

Many are having this issue on PC as well. There has been no official response yet. I will be requesting a refund or charging back if I don't hear anything soon.
