Hi. Every hour or so i get disconnected from the ubisoft servers becauce my wifi dissapears for around 5 seconds before coming back again. Slightly annoying at times, but i never had any major problems with it in games before now. In rising it doesn't reconnect to the servers again for atleast 10 min, sometimes longer. It doesn't help pressing Y in the main menu either, even if my connection is just fine and works perfectly with everything else. The only way to reconnect at once is to close the game and start it up again.

Edit: The error messages i get are; "Roach-0001000b" and "roach-0060002"

Hi,
I am also being disconnected from the servers during the evening. This usually happens between midnight (uk) and 2am. This only happens on Trials Rising - I also play Tom Clancy's games with ubisoft and not lost connection at all.


Could it be that the servers are struggling with the amount of people playing as it is cross platform now?

Ok. Have tried all the steps now, exept DMZ. The internet is shared between apartments, so that is a no go. Still have the same problems. The most common error message i get is; roach-00060002

Can you please create a case on the support website (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/) with images of the ports forwarded so we can look into this for you?

As a side note, I have no problems with internet connectivity with ANY game. It's only during Trials Rising that the Ubisoft Disconnect occurs. It's very bizarre as I can sell 2 items, I try and sell a third and get the disconnect, I try again on the SAME gear type and it continually says disconnected but if I swap to another gear type it works momentarily but then disconnects again after 2 or 3 sells. This doesn't appear to be localized as quite a few people are encountering this on a variety of network setups in numerous locations. It appears to be a way the game is communicating with the server.
