Has anyone got any tips with that?

I'm conking it out about 4 times a mission. It's twice as bad as a CR42.

How do I stop it cutting out?

I can recover OK, nose down, throttle back and restart engine.

I guess instead of diving, you should roll on your back and pull "up". I hardly fly planes with carburetors. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

In other words, easy on the negative G. If you have to push down on the stick, cut throttle.

PLanes without fuel pumps have that problem, like the hurri mk1 and the I-16 etc. You have to keep positive G on the plane. That was an advantage the luftwaffe used against the RAF in 1940, until the brits put fuel pumps on thier planes that could handle the negative G.
