I know this is supposed to be plain as day, but which button on the front of this thing is the 3-way mode switch? I see the 4 way hat and the 3 push buttons, but which one is the mode switch? Thanks.

Click the Microstick; it also acts as the mode button.

OK, so which one makes the lights cycle? I haven't seen it yet.

As ronnie said if you press in the microstick the lights change.

Edit: I'm finding it a bit of a pain to program myself. I don't know if I'm being a bit dense but it doesn't seem to user friendly.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v605/tommybomb/pullhair.gif

push the mini joy straight in, that will change your modes

OK, I'll try pushing in the mini-joystick. I guess what was confusing me was that on the CH website it says the 3 way mode switch is on the front, along with the 4 way hat and 3 push buttons. It then shows a view of the side, where the ministick is, and says nothing about it being the mode switch. Very confusing.

A word of advice for new users of CHManager: Print out the Help pages in order and put them into a loose-leaf binder so that you can refer to them while you're creating your profiles. I've found this very helpful.

I am constantly dismayed by my inability to follow a procedure outlined on a moniter screen that is child's play once I see it on paper, and my ego does not permit me to believe that I am alone in this regard.

cheers
