Is there a way that I can increase the number of planes for the Pearl Harbor mission, 3 bombers and fighters is not very realistic, I want to add at least a hundred. What files do I need to access and any other hot tips or pointers will be highly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Start the game and go into Full Mission Builder. When in FMB find your specific mission file in question (I don't know what campaign you play US or IJN) but patch should look like:

E:\IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles\Missions\Campaign\IN\dgen_1_hawaiidoe0 -- this is a path for IJN campaign

If you are in doubt which mission to open first find the date of your mission in briefing;

Example:
11207-0.mis

11207-0 -- year-1941
11207-0 -- month-december
11207-0 -- day in month-7th
11207-0 -- first mission in that date; it means that there is another mission you have flown that same day but after 11207-0.mis you will fly 11207-1.mis.

After you find your mission in question, open it and you will see many objects and waypoints there. Zoom at specific area where waypoints are starting and you can simply add more planes and their waypoints loadouts etc.

You can add object on map by first selecting it in menu the hold CTRL and left click on map to place it where you want.
