S!

I don't know if it's a bug in the Fm or if it's normal though it seems odd to me.

I have discovered that the 262 with engines off will not fall from any hieght faster than around 230kph.

Try this out for yourself, if u want to land a 262 in a hurry just cut your engines fractionaly before your wheels touch down. It's almost like having air brakes.

Also try this in the quick mission builder, any altitude cut your engines and nose dive, or nose dive and cut your engines, even in a nose dive from 5000m the 262 decreases speed, you can almost land it by pulling up at the last minute.

Definatly somthing iffy about that. I don't know if this has been reported before but it's what ive found.

Thats a very rare aircraft, man. Those who knew how to fly it are all dead.

Good luck.

Not that that has anything to do with it, but you are also wrong! The *NEW* Me262 just flew a few months back!! Granted, different engines, but there is at least one guy who knows how to fly them!

PS
on that engine note, dont you think it is a HOOT that MicroSoft spent big bucks for CFS3 to go out and recored the sound of those eng on the NEW Me262, because they wanted authentic sounds! LOL!

You want to see something real ODD! Take her up to about 700+, then do the ctrl e to eject... You wont be able to eject at that speed, so, turn off both engines.. When the plan slows down to around 600+ the pilot will eject... AND THAT IS THE FUNNY PART! HE EJECTS AND PASSES UP THE AIRCRAFT!!!! LOL!
